new location
In it's new location, Maggie's Primitive Cottage has a more attractive space that is also more conveniently located. Located just beyond downtown Edwardsville on the newly expanded 159 (Plum Street), the attractive shop is now easier to get to from either side of town. If you are looking for decor and gift items in something other than the usual (and, by now, tired) country style, Maggie's a good alternative. If Primitive-type furnishings are not your thing, there's probably a better shop out there for you, but they serve their niche well.
