Bad Experiece
I'd like to start by pointing out that Monarch's website is misleading... It seems they've decided to consolidate their "Southern Bistro" and (more upscale) "Modern American" menus into one. The result is a bizarre combination of dishes...Worldwide > United States > St. Louis, MO > Seafood Restaurants
