untidy but cheap
NOT a very tidy apartment bunch..you will notice that the corridors or hallways are cleaned probably once in 9-12 months. The rooms are generally big compared to other apartments. Very comfortable to share with a roommate. Will be really Cheap if you can get a roommate. But very costly if you want to have the room for yourself. The surroundings are not kept clean and the maintenance is bad. I got my closet doors fixed after 3 months.Huskie Bus service is good for the area though.

Last choice
I was a tenant here. Although the rent is cheap, the apartment isn't worth that. The hallways have odors. The laundry room is always out of order. The apartment itself is not comfortable, people usually enjoy going home, but living there you will not get that feeling. Living here was my last choice and I am confident that is most peoples who stay there, situation. The only good things was they let me out of the least without a charge.

Great Place for College Living
I truly liked living at College Square. Rent was cheap, maintenance was quick and friendly and the office staff was very nice. When I went in to look at the apartment, the guy in the office said it was his first week there, so I think they have new employees that seem eager to help. The apartment I lived in was huge and really homey. I recommend College Square Apartments. Apparently the other comments on this page were written by people looking for a Hilton to stay in.

Good in my book!
College Square is not as bad as everyone else makes it seem. They must have a different staff because the maintenance works quickly and efficiently, and the office staff will help you out in any way they can. All in all, I recommend College Square to any college student looking for a cheap place to live or just anybody looking for a cheap place to live.Worldwide > United States > DeKalb, IL > Apartments
