*** About Our Agency: 4-C is a private not-for-profit social service agency that since 1971 has helped families and child care providers by offering services and resources that include child care financial assistance, parent and provider education, nursing, nutrition, social work, mental health, and advocacy. *** Mission Statement:The 4-C mission is to promote children's well-being by advocating for quality, affordable child care.
