We were assigned a technician from this company by our home warranty service. He came to our home the first time and "tightened" the blower motor wheel. He said when he left that he'd likely need to come back and low and behold, the wheel wobbled loose again and he came to our home the second time. He pulled out the blower motor and saw that it clearly needed replaced, so he ordered the part. The third time he was at our house he replaced the blower motor and he said everything was ok and was ready to leave, but we told him we could still hear the same problem. Then he finally agreed he needed to replace the wheel. He left after the third day and said we could finally use our a/c again but with the noise. Turns out he probably had the a/c running without the blower motor while he was working because our a/c unit was completely frozen over after he left. So, after putting up with three days of this and having the problem not fixed and worse (we now had a frozen over a/c unit) we called our warrenty company back to switch contractors. The technician was lazy and clearly didn't want to go to the effort to diagnose things properly the first time. The only time we had any response was upon calling him, not once did we hear from him. Oh, and don't think you'll get a different technician - he's the only person that ever answered the phone or made service calls. DO NOT HIRE!! They will only steal your money and make the problem worse!
