I rented a 9 passenger limousine on 7/16/2011 for a wedding party. It was an outdoor wedding on a very hot day - 90 degrees. By the time pictures and wedding were over, we were soaked with sweat. We thought there'd be a reprieve from the heat with a 40 minute ride from outside Kasson back to Rochester. The limo had only 2 three-inch vents in the back for A/C. We asked the driver why there was no cold air coming out of the other vents. He said they were only for heat. The bride ended up putting a cold pack from a cooler we happened to have along down her dress. Needless to say, it was a tortuous 40 minute ride. We stopped at the first bar in Rochester and nobody in the wedding party wanted to leave the bar because they didn't want to get back in the limo. I'm an engineer by trade and there is simply no way 2 little vents can cool that limo on even a warm day. All I got for $350 was a 40 minute torture session. I called and complained. "Performing to factory specifications."; Right....
