Would highly recommend
Had my car back in less than 24 hours, when i dropped it off it was hardly driveable. Nice to go to a car place and not feel like you are being taken advantage of. Would recommend to anyone.

crappy service, or lack of
I made an appointment for 4 pm on 5/21 at the Medina NY location, they told me that they woud get me in and out as the work load was not excessive. I arrived at 3:50, stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes without acknowledgement....

Monroe shoddy service
I have gone to Monroe Muffler a few times for an oil change with tire rotation. I use the 19.99 coupon. I dropped it off giving over 3 hours time. I picked it up and asked if they rotated my tires. I have a 2009 Nissan Murano. I was told...Worldwide > United States > Rochester > Auto Repair
