Carol has been my dog groomer for at least 15 years, and through 2 dogs. She's groomed my cocker spaniel, and now my poodle - both dogs with a lot of hair! Her shop is small, and in an old building, true, but it helps keep her costs low....

Not happy with service or treatment of pet.
