Bad experience, bland food, and atroscious service
I was very dissappointed by my visit to ragazzi italian resturant in roanoke, va. When i got there the waiter didnt even let me and my friend sit down before he started to get our drink order. We had not even had time to look and see...Amazing
The food was good, the service was ok. There was a huge selection and I liked that there were combo platters for those of us who can't decide on one item.eh
The food was alright, the service not so great. Their mozzarella sticks are gigantic! The sauce on the baked ziti was kind of runny... wouldn't recommend.Great Italian restaurant in the Roanoke Valley
Ragazzi's is a step above Olive Garden or Carrabbas. Very similar menus - but the quality is so much better. I love the atmosphere and the location. I have always had great service. The prices are very reasonable. The restaurant is kid-friendly. It's a great choice if you are looking for Italian cuisine.Amazing

I was very dissappointed by my visit to ragazzi italian resturant in roanoke, va. When i got there the waiter didnt even let me and my friend sit down before he started to get our drink order. We had not even had time to look and see what they offered. Then we sat there for ever waiting on the waiter to come back and take our order. When i see him seat another table and he ends up taking czre of them before is. Once we finally get to put in our order the waiter didnt even write it down nor did he for anyone and we saw him going back and asking people if they wanted diet or regular or if they wanted cheese or not when they had already put in the order. when our food came there was nothing special about it ther was not much flavor or creativity in the dish and the presentation was horindous. Then when im leaving i see a women standing there waiting to be seated while others on the staff just look at her and let her stand there cause theres no possibble way they could help her evenSkip Ragazzi and head to Olive Garden
I will start with the good - we were seated immediately and our waiter seemed like a nice guy. Yes, those were the only good things about the restaurant. I had the triple combo plate a little lasagna, a little fettuccine alfredo, a little chicken parm. The little lasagna tasted like cheap, fatty ground beef, the fettuccine alfredo was WAY too cheesy and inedible, and the chicken parm tasted like it had been severely microwaved. All in all, save your stomach and head to Olive Garden.Worldwide > United States > Roanoke, VA > Italian Restaurants
