Slumlords and All-Around Jerks
The house was a 3-bedroom advertised as a 4-bedroom (the 4th "bedroom" was a foyer to a small porch and barely held a twin bed). We moved in <12 hours after previous tenants moved out, to a house that hadn't been cleaned or even emptied....

RENTERS BEWARE!!
Don't expect to receive your Security Deposit returned to you. Even if you leave your property in perfect condition, the Dicksons' will charge you "bogus" fees.
