AWFUL company!
I rented an apartment near the VCU campus and was disappointed in how they treated their tenants. The maintenance guys were rude and the landlord was flakey. He never returned phone calls EVER! They always found extra money to charge us...

Mediocre
Charles, the guy who shows the apartments and handles the initial leases or w/e is slow to respond, always tardy to meet ups, and kind of really bad. But if you do get a hold of him, he's actually kind of reasonable.

Company is HORRIBLE!!
My roommate and I lived here for one year--from 2009-2010. In that time, we had a number of issues. It was nearly impoosible to get a response from the property manager and the people in the office were often rude.Worldwide > United States > Richmond, VA > Real Estate Agencies
