Since I had a household contract, I had not used Pulli for a few years. One day my water heater burst and was ruining my floors both carpeted and wood. I called Mr. Pulli and although he was on a job, he came right over and stopped the water. He stated that he had to get back to the job he was on, but that he would be sure I had a new water heater before 5:00 PM. When I got home I had a new water heater. That is wonderful service!! When I called the contract company, they said it would be at least two days before they could get anyone to come and repair it. From now on I will be sure to call Mr. Pulli.
