Too pricey and rude manicurist
Prices are 30% than other salons, with nothing exceptional added. Turned off when the manicurist seemed impatient when I was trying to select a color, and trying to decided between two, which took maybe 3 minutes. What was really off...

Nothing special
I expected something special or more to justify the pricy mani - pedi. Paying $13-20 more than a mani - pedi elsewhere, while receiving the same services, was very disappointing.
