I've taken my time and read all the negative reviews on here and have found them unfortunate. Perhaps they're exaggerated or maybe Metro has changed their ways, because I would suggest them in a heartbeat to anyone moving into the area....

Nonresponsive to phone calls
Jim, please buy some notebooks or phone message books for your employees. We are sick of maintenance requests being ignored and then when we call again, being told it's the first they've heard of the issue.
