Definitely must visit
I didn't get my wedding gown from here because I didn't know it existed, but in searching for the bridesmaid dresses I had picked out I came across their name. Despite the fact that's it's a small shop, their selection of dresses was wonderful, customer service was great, and I wish I had known about them because my gown would have definitely come from there. I can't say that I've ever had a better experience at a dress shop in all my years of searching for everything from prom to bridesmaid to wedding gowns.

diamond in the rough
I found out about this store from a bridal show, and I fell in love with one of their dresses! They have an amazing selection and the people are friendly and not at all snobbish, unlike most bridal stores in the area. It is family run and you don't need an appointment, which is very helpful. In other stores, I felt like I had committed a crime if I didn't have an appointment, but not here! Downside is they are not as organized as some stores, and this is not the place if you want personalized attention, such as a salesperson to dress you. But if you are like me, and are just as happy to have help from a friend or family member, definitely give this place a try! They were also willing to work with me, as I had special requests for the dress, and they made very helpful suggestions. Highly recommended.

Good Experience
I found out about Bridal Elegance by searching bridal stores in Richmond on the web. After the reading the reviews I figured I would give them a try since I could not find anything I liked at the price I wanted to pay anywhere else. I am having a wedding on a beach and wanted something without a train and not so formal. This was the first store that I went in that I actually found dresses I wanted to try on. I ended up trying on like 10 dress and found one that I LOVE. I just picked up my dress this past weekend. I have found the "girls" to be friendly and helpful.

wonderful experience!
I found out about Bridal Elegance last summer, when my sister in law raved about what great service she received from Mary and Trihn. When I got engaged, I was able to stop in without an appointment and saw firsthand how Bridal Elegance cares about their customers, as Mary remembered my sister in law and asked about details of the wedding and asked about family members. After a visit to the store, Mary had picked out several dresses that I like far better than any other bridal salons I had previously visited, so I came back to try them on. Suddenly, Mary pulled a dress that was THE ONE! It was instant and helped make me feel amazing on my day. Not only that, but the price of the dress was so incredibly reasonable I couldn't believe my eyes! I felt that Mary truly cared about my day and she made picking out my dress one of the most important, exciting, and memorable moments during my entire engagement process!

Bridal Elegance
Having searched for what seemed like forever, I went into Bridal Elegance upon a friend's referral still unsure and not knowing exactly what I wanted. Call it fate or luck, the third dress I tried on was MY dress! Mary and Trinh are amazing at their jobs! I would recommend any one to them. They're professional atmosphere, layed back aprroach and comfortable setting made my day the way I'd always dreamed.
