Their service is one of the worst I have ever seen. I left my car to be detailed and cleaned up and the car was returned with compound and dirt still on it. I needed a new raio and they put in a Pioneer instead of the Kenwood I requested. They refused to make any repairs and the wife, Beth, threatened me in order to get me to sign the order. The husband seems to be a nice guy but he goes along with whatever she does, so eventually he will lose whatever customer base he has. Beth is rude and mean and has no concept of how to deal with people. They do not deserve even on star. I would prefer to pay dealership prices than to deal with people like them
