We bought some furniture about 3 weeks ago to be delivered in the summit county. We were told the furniture would be delivered on March 5, 2010. We never received the furniture that day and no one bothered to inform us that. We called the store and spoke with Dave (store manager). No apologies. He said someone would contact us on Monday March 8 with a delivery date. As expected, no one bothered to call us. I called them on Tuesday, March 9. Dave is on vacation (overseas). He did not bother to have a sales rep responsible to solve this problem. It has been almost 3 weeks and no one bothers to find a solution to the delivery problem. It appears that they could not care less. We are so fed up that we will cancel the order and buy the furniture somewhere else. If you need to buy furniture to be delivered to the mountains, do NOT buy from Scandinavian Designs. WORST delivery, WORST customer service!Worldwide > United States > Broomfield, CO > Furniture
