Hi , I don't know if this is the place to request help ,for a 21 year old with Diabeties . he has been through so much in his life ,can't catch a break . he was diagnosed with type 1 insulin when he was 7. he was dealing with this and trying not to feel weird around his friends , school , family , then at 9 years old, he lost his dad ,his mentor ,his everything... he would love to get his license but went for eye exam for test and could not see a line ,that is required for driving. made a appointment at eye dr. full exam ,needs glasses for distance and they found some damage to his retina , now has to see a retina specialist and has had shots in his eyes...hoping to repair some of the damage ,this kid has been through way to much in his 21 years, I am his Mother I work full time ,and can not afford a car for this kid. he works also but 20 hours a week ...just enough to pay for car insurance ....is there any organisation that could help him out ...Thanks for reading .Kristen my e-mail is KAR4166@YAHOO.COM He has been to florida when he was 8 through make a wish foundation and had the time of his life....myself, and husband were on this trip and they mad his disney wish come true ..
