OK Job....But Nickels And Dimes You!! He will not settle on a price or will give you a low starting range only to get you started and raise the price on you later. He likes to throw numbers around to try to confuse you before the actual work starts and after you drop your car off and he gives you the paper work to get started, that's when he'll change everything around and throw higher numbers at you that you didn't agree to earlier. For someone who is in the business, he should know what a job should cost and if he under quotes a job, then he should take the hit for his mistake....Be careful.
