Expensive Free Tire Rotation
Very bad Pep Boy location. Bought tires and later went in for their free tire rotation. They broke a lug nut and wanted to charge me $180 to repair it. They explained it was caused by wear and was not covered.\r

Way too Long of a wait
I arrived at Pep Boys at 8: 53AM on a rainy morning. Needed an oil change and a headlight replaced and a fuse or two replaced. Was told initially that it would take about 45 minutes. At 10:00 am the guy at the service desk told us it...American Express
