June 2010, good soup, bad meat, service not so great

Visited this restaurant on a slow Thursday night.

the broth of the soups was very good, veggies ok, dumplings were good too.

BUT, non of the meats edible, tasted bad, previously cooked and frozen, ie not fresh. Seems to be a pattern...
