Maybe rare, but I had a great experience
I was sure my experience would be a headache. The website doesn't look official, it's slow, and the prices are too good to be true. However I couldn't pass up the great deal they had on a Rubbermaid shed. To confirm the great price and to see if I can get a real, english-speaking person on the phone, I gave them a call. I person on the phone who confirmed there were 3 sheds left and it could ship out today or tomorrow morning (yea right!). I figured it was worth a try and if it became a nightmare, I'll put a cancellation on my credit card. I ordered the shed at 1pm on Thursday. I then prepared to wait 2 or 3 weeks for the freight delivery. On Monday, the freight company (NAMF) called me to confirm delivery for Tuesday! Tuesday arrived and the driver was even early! I told him he could leave the huge shed box outside and I'd just carry it piece by piece into the back yard. He moved the box through my apt and into my backyard.
