Tired of being taken of advantage of...

When a towing company tows your vehicle on a whim and charges you for it, that's almost tolerable. But when you are forced to pay another fee to release your vehicle when you did not asked to be towed in the first place, it makes a person feel like they have been violated. Much like a cell phone company charges you to receive calls that you don't ask for or want! Or when the government charges you income tax before you get your wages and then taxes you again when you spend it. When are we going to stop putting up with the bulls@%&!

This place is the biggest ripoffs!!! It's one thing to get charged for being towed. But to charge you for "special" equipment to be used???? WTF is that about and then an extra charge because it's past business hours?? Um hello, you towed the car after business hours!! Bry who answers the phone there, VERY unprofessional!!! She must be the truck driver because she has the mouth of one. This place needs to be closed down and stop making a living off of college kids that are poor!!!!

Joes is the biggest liar of all time. And their manager is the biggest LOSER and hater known to man. She slept her way in to the position with the married owner. Nice. Everyone at Joes is a FNing liar. Your the FN real criminals. DONT FN USE JOES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Come tow my car and well see what happens you cowards.

Joe's Towing is GREAT

In the snow I slid off the road. The lady that answered the phone at Joe's gave me a sense of understanding and told me she would have a tow truck to me in just a few minutes. Upon arrival the man made me feel at ease with what I had done. He hooked up my car and pulled me out of the ditch. He was very nice to me for what I did. I don't know why any one would have a problem. He was very professional in his demeanor and in the way he handled my car.

wonderful experience

The day my car would not be start I called for a jump start. I called Joe's, the driver was here at the house way before I could believe it. Matt was nice, quick and polite. I was very satisfied with the service and the way he treated me. I have a business card for Matt now and he will be the only tow truck for me. I would tell you all to call JOE'S.
