I called to have them give me an estimate, and they called me back came to our house and gave me an estimate. We had some questions and I called and called and they never called me back. I finally left a message and asked if this is how they do business?? Finally they did call me back and I asked my questions. We signed the contract and turned it in, they told me they would get started next week. Well on friday I still did not hear from them and had to call and call again. No one returned my call, I got a email from the owner saying he forgot to add my attached garage into the price and it would be two thousand dollars more. My garage is attached to my house which is part of my roof how could you not add that in?!? I told him he needed to honor the original contract that he signed. He then sent me an email back saying I turned it in nine days after it was given to me and the contract is void after 7 so they will not honor the contract. I called them many times and would have turned it in before the 7 day limit, but no one would call me back. They do horrible business DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
