Terrible customer service
Definitely not recommended! The new owner has no sense of customer service, very rude, and apparently a drunk. When I arrived to check in there was no one at the front desk, so I had to wait about 20 minutes for the owner/manager (JJ)...Worldwide > United States > Palm Springs, CA > Hotels
