Fabulous!!!!
Without a doubt Icing Illusions cakes are delicious and beautiful. I have used Icing Illusions numerous times for birthday cakes and special occasion cakes. I have never been disappointed by the flavor or freshness of her cakes. She offers numerous flavors of cakes and icings and I have tried them all. She is so talented with her cake designs. She can do any design you can come up with. You will not be disappointed!!!

Unprofessional and Dishonest!
I hired this company to make my wedding cake in 2007. They had beautiful work on display and tasty samples. I paid my deposit 7 months out. A month before the wedding I paid the entire balance in full plus the groom's cake remaining balance (over $900). Two weeks before the wedding my fiance of 3 years decided he no longer wanted to get married-devastating me to say the least. Ivy promised to refund at least 2/3 of the balance. After many phone calls from my mother and myself and being ignored by Ivy-we still to this day have NOT been paid back any money. I realize that it was not her fault that my wedding was canceled, but she should have never given her word to pay any back and then ignore me when I wanted to follow up on her promise. Every other vendor I had hired gave us at least a partial refund. If Ivy had no intention of refunding the money then I should have at least gotten a cake! Now, over 2 years later I am planning a wedding to a wonderful man and have rehired all the vendo

Icing Illusions is WONDERFUL
Icing Illusions did a beautiful job on my Bride and Grooms cake in August! My cake was very unique, and very timely! My husband's cake was EXACTLY the football stadium that he asked for! (You can tell we're in the south!) We used all sorts of flavors of cake! We have received so, so many compliments, on the decoration and on the taste. Of course, I ALWAYS hear great things about Ivy's cakes, because they are always great, beautiful, and fresh! And I can say those things because Ivy is my Mother! Five years ago her dream of opening a cake shop came true, and I believe, Im not the only one that knows she does a wonderful job! There is never a challenge she doesn't take! I had no idea a cake could be so many different things these days! Thank you all for the kind reviews! I hate that it sounds like someone's dishonesty was in her fiance' and not her cake designer! What an immature thing to say over the internet about a very HONEST person!

She creates wonderful cakes that also happen to taste good. She is always courteous and honest and goes the extra mile for customer service. I always recommend my brides to her and they have never been disappointed.
