I do not advise anyone to rent from this company. They take advantage of their renters by being unresponsive, not maintaining up keep of their property, price gauging on repairs, charging outrageous fees ($25 a day after the 1st of the month for being late),and will keep deducting their outrageous fees from your rent while continuing to charge $25 a day which will make it impossible to catch up leaving you high and dry without water. This is because they make it out for their benefit to take every dollar they can from you...one way they get away with this is having the water bill in their name. So, renters seem to be way overcharged, but when a renter tries to check for actual usage and price from water company information can not be released. Companies and people that take advantage of others should be ashamed!!! DO NOT RENT from NOVA INVESTORS!!!! They are horrible!!!
