I brought my bike in to have my brakes checked out.Was a little hesitant after reading some of the negative reviews but opted to give them a try. The guy working the service counter was useless. After he was done with the customer in front of me he just stared at me awkwardly waiting for me to say something like he was bothered to even be working..Not a hi or hello or can we help you....nothing...just a blank stare.Didn't even attempt to look at my bike to see what the issue was.He could have at least acted like he cared instead he just said its $15 to look at it and then they would tell me how much it would cost but he couldn't do that for 5 days.Unless you need a basic tube repair and your a weekend warrior I would def stay away.Not very competent or helpful. They must have all the business they can handle because it sure didn't seem like they needed mine.
