I have never been more astonished in my life at the poor customer service than at Adair jewelers. I had them do a service of taking links out of a brand new automatic watch and they broke the band into five pieces. They told me they are not liable for the damage done by their professional jeweler. I have now turned them into the BBB and also hired an attorney to make sure this injustice never happens to anyone else. The owner was so arrogant that he hung up on me while trying to resolve this issue. His arrogance will now cost him not only future business by everyone I know and who reads the many reviews I will write, but will now also cost him time, effort and the expense of a law suit. Some people can be easily taken advantage of, I however am not one of those people.
