I would highly recommend you do NOT rent from ala carte property management. The owner is rude and extremely unprofessional. The property we rented was in a disastrous state, and they refused to do anything about it! They unlawfully allowed people to enter the premise without notice. The owner evaded phone calls about dealing with the issues we had! I wouldn't wish the experience I've had with ala carte on my worst of enemies. I hope no one has to go through the suffering and turmoil they has caused us.
