Worst salon EVER!

Fast service and a great haircut
I recently had my hair cut at this Supercuts location. I was impressed. It was not crowded when I went and it was a weekend. I didnt have to wait long at all. Maybe 5 minutes. I got the hair cut I wanted. They took the time to make sure I was happy with it. They also answered questions I had about some of their products.

Too rude on the phone for me to even go in
I called one day to ask about getting my hair thinned and the girl on the phone was so rude - I will never even step foot inside that salon! Ahhhhh, ya! was her answer when I politely asked if they were able to thin my hair (I wasn't sure if that was something they did, I moved from a place that didn't have a Supercuts, and thought it was only a men's salon). So all in all, I didn't even get to experience the salon because I couldn't get past how rude the girl was on the phone.Worldwide > United States > Grants Pass, OR > Barbers
