I was in the Medford Oregon store and was looking for a beige cardigan. I found one but as i was about to check out i saw it had a hole in it. so i got another one but when i got home took off the tag and put the other one on. THAT TOO HAD A HOLE IN THE SLEEVE and string coming off. I was even more disapointed when i couldn't exchange it at the store for another one. They girls at the store even the managers were SOOOO RUDE they completely talked down to me and made me feel like crap 4 comin in. I will never be back/.
