Filthy area with failing businesses
I lived and worked in this complex for two semesters. I do not advise any student to fall for the hype offered by the owners and managers of this complex. You do not get what you pay for, facilities were built less than sub par using extremely cheap materials. Lease and save money in another apartment complex nearby.Also, if you desire sleep do not sign up hear as the businesses below are paying such extreme rent they go under about every six months, then starts another noisy remodel.
