Middleton Sports & Fitness is a local family owned (Rick & Ginger Hong) specialty sporting goods Store. Serving the Madison area, we specialize in Hockey, Swimming, Lacrosse, Soccer and Figure Skating. We are the “go to” store for athletes ages four to 18 on up playing these sports. Our philosophy is to get you the right equipment and solution for your level of play.

We are especially proud of our knowledgeable staff members. We strive to have staff members with first-hand experience in the sporting equipment that we sell. These include instructors, coaches, college and club athletes that keep current with the latest advances in technology.

Middleton Sports & Fitness started as a bike store in Middleton in 1972 by Pat & Bob Fass. Through many years of hard work, they expanded to include hockey, swim wear, soccer, and lacrosse and figure skates. In the year 2000 the bicycle business was taken over and moved next door by son Dan, now Middleton Cycle.
