This people are wrong they want to charge high rent for these nasty apartments,won't fix nothing takes them for ever to do anything its been 3 years in they haven't fix my windows or floors that has a hole in them no warm heat steps are not safe they spraying the place with chemicals that they by in mix there selfs in sigh the paper like a personal did it just wrong.

Clark needs to shut down they won't fix nothing i have, children the ceilings needs fix in the cabinets to the toilet runs over no heat its cold in they won't fix nothing its just not safe at all help.

iHave Been living in My place for 5 months Now & I honestly have nothing good to say about Clark enterprise's. They NEVER fix anything, Charge way to much rent & water, thiers maintenance men are pervert's, and the people working there are rude ignorant & money hungry. I'm am 9 months pregnant now and they have yet to fix Tue windows in my son's room so cold air is always coming in the room, when it was summer time it took them 2 months to give us a a.c unit so.we couldn't even stay in our apartment cause it was unsafe for me to stay in my own house, the hard wood floors have big holes on them and I have fell because of them. The floors NEVERA EVRR come clean. The Back steps wobble when you walk up them, I could go on and on about the terrible living conditions. Clark enterprise's needs to he shut down or needs new people come in and fix the problems. I cannot wait untill out lease is up so we can get out of this hell whole !!! 214 E. Ormsby ave.

THE WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN LOUISVILLE
MY CEILING HAS BEEN LEAKING FOR TWO YEARS IN THE LIVING ROOM. RIGHT HERE IN FRONT OF THE DAMN TV. TOILETS CONSTANTLY RUNNING. KITCHEN SINK STOPPED UP. EXTREMELY HIGH WATER BILLS. NO AIR UPSTAIRS. AND THE HOUSE IS SURROUNDED BY...Worldwide > United States > Louisville, KY > Real Estate Agencies
