I rated it one star! Deserves 0. By far the worst hair experience in my lifetime! Dont go! Fpr one the hairshop seems more of a daycare. The owner has 4kids n they were all inside incliding three other kids. I came for a perm and style and had to provide my own comb because her kids broke it.to top it off she had me run watch her kids while she ran to the store to buy hair supplies.finally she does my hair snd left me with multiple chemical burns on my scalp. Site seems more like a drug facility because multiple men were inside her shops private room.i felt unsafe and uncomfortable!the woman who did my hair Roberta Taylor was then upset when i told her i didnt want her services.she then threaten me.lets justsay her hair shop is horrible and i have a pending suit against her after she threat to harm me for her unpaid services. She has another shop in her homev2213 deveron drive in shively..heard it was roach infested! Yuck
