I had a bad experience with Robert Schiller in Italy on an Army base in Vicenza. He worked in Accounting for Morale Welfare and Recreation until he was pushed to resign or released because he lied and misused his US govt. position to falsely accuse me of various things. When the Criminal Investigation finally finished with their investigation they found Mr. Schiller was actually the one that instigated all the false accusations and was reprimanded. I would not trust him nor his business practices.
