HNIG Owner and Principal Agent, Tim Hamilton, began the scratch insurance agency with his wife, Sherry, in November of 1988, after a successful career as CFO at the equine insurance division of Fasig-Tipton. From that humble beginning, HNIG has grown to be the oldest and most successful Nationwide Insurance agency in Lexington.
