Though Estrella, which isn\'t even her real name, cuts hair very well, her professionalism sucks to say the least. I have made 3 appointments already with her and she hasn\'t showed up to them. In one case her worker said she went home sick but didnt even bother calling me to cancel on me. Another time, I had an appointment but she took in her friend instead eventhough she didnt have an appointment and made it clear her friends come before clients. On the third occassion she simply said she had to leave to run errands and said appointments dont really matter unless youre a long time friend. I had been going to her for years now but ever since she became more popular and gained more customers she\'s turned into a conceited person. She now claims her real name is estrella as though that makes her sound professional, more like a stripper, and says she only takes customers first if they tip. Yes Im venting, but yes it\'s the truth. A business succeeds when they treat a customer as if they are family. She only gets 2 stars instead of 1 because she can cut hair and can give semi nice highlights. Usually a bit too chunky when I just wanted a more natural look.
