A cold and snowy night (November 29th, 2011), my wife and daughter were hijacked by Shroyer's for 175 bucks to pull a Ford Focus out of a ditch. When I called the following day asking for relief on the amount of the bill, and explaining that I would write either a nice review or this one, they responded that "we don't respond to blackmail." Hmmm, wish they didn't respond to stranded women by overcharging them ...
