My experience was terrible. I walked in, wasn't greeted, and waited while other clients in front of me were finishing up paying; the whole time my puppy who is stronger than me wants to explore the whole place. Not wanting to disrupt...

This place may look clean, but the the staff is awful, the management is subpar, and when I questioned the training of one of the staff members who administered my dogs meds, they more or less told me to buzz off because somehow more than...American Express
