Now this in normally not a place I would go for clothing or shoes, but couldn't resist after a friend told me that she had found some shoe bargains there this summer. (Priscilla's is an adult gift shop.) I went in and found it not to be as intimidating as I had imagined. The place was clean and the staff normal and friendly. I even found a super deal on a pair of stacked sandals, only $4!, and some basic shirts. Try it for yourself:)

better than expected
I wouldn't have known there's one in Lafayette, but that's where we ended up before a bachelorette's party. The selection of stuff turned out to be fairly tasteful, from underwear to the adult- themed gifts and games. Definitely the source for bachelorette's party needs - just enough of raciness and prettiness.

Some adult stores seem dirty and seedy, with more of the selection geared towards the needs of a single lonely trucker. Priscilla’s is different; most of their product is geared towards younger girls and couples. It's a very clean and friendly environment. When it comes to sexual stimulation, it's natural to feel embarrassed, but seriously, the staff in here has heard EVERYTHING, and they're very professional when making recommendations, so don't feel too embarrassed to ask.
