I have known Doug McCormick for over 112 years. I've worked for him,been his friend,he got me started in computers when I couldn't find the on/off button! He has almost allways been patient with my ignorance . I've sat and listened to his helping customers with great humor,sympathy and great patient instructions when (logged in) to their compuers and their networks.
