ETO is awful... just awful.
Bought a bike at ETO in summer '10. Replaced grips and pedals and "voided my eligibility" for their year of free tune ups service and was harassed on the phone. Go across the street or something and get actual service from a competent...Worldwide > United States > Knoxville, TN > Bicycling
