Not happy
First off...Haven of Mercy is a NON-PROFIT organization but the thrift store charges taxes. Not only do they charge taxes, they think they can charge however much "taxes" they want. Hopefully, I'm not the only one who sees something wrong...

One of God's gifts to the less fortunate
