Marlo Grape is not an effective or efficient manager. The worst and laziest group of managers ever. Do not work here. On the job training is basically non existent. Help desk employees (who are college kids are compensated per hour) accomplish most of the daily work. Upper management and technical support departments are a joke within this company. Every task received by upper management is delegated to help desk employees. My advice to Hgw and Associates is to hire better qualified employees. I have 2 college degrees. This company hires mostly veterans, which is cool, but seriously Marlo Grape needs to resign.
