Good luck if you have problems with your roof getting him to come back to fix it!! He may seem nice to get your business, but getting him to follow up to fix it is another story!! He doesn't return phone calls, and if you can a hold of him, he doesn't fix the problem correctly! Don't waste your money or your time on him, find someone who is reliable!! And to think I almost gave him more work!! Once you pay him he disappears!! The person who referred him to me also had problems, so buyer BEWARE!!

My home was bombarded by golfball-sized hail on March 23rd, 2011. Based on the recommendation of Fred Harr (a contractor himself), I hired Nick's Specialty Roofing in Derry to effect all repairs. Fred told me, if Nick did anything I wasn't pleased with--that Fred, himself, would make it right. Needless to say, Nick did everything the insurance company specified--but much, much more. Just for starters: Travelers based their quote on 25-year shingles: Nick insisted on 30-year shingles--for the same amount of money. By the time Nick tendered my certificate of completion, he and his highly motivated crew made my whole house look new! They did an outstanding job that went well beyond my expectations. Nick was honest, personable, and reliable. In short: Nick made the whole business a pleasure. I'm a former Marine, and as such, difficult to imppress--but to Nick's Specialty Roofing, I say, "Ooo-Rah!" Keep up the great work, gentlemen.
