Townhomes offers the largest 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms options with private bathrooms and optional furniture packages, including queen size beds. Units were built with hush proof walls to provide an extra layer of quiet between townhomes.

Our optional furniture package comes with high-quality queen size beds and mattresses, dressers, nightstands, sofas, love seats, barstools and coffee tables from Ashley Homestore.

BUS TO CAMPUS

Brookside offers 2 direct shuttles to and from Townhomes to Mizzou. Pick up and Drop off at Townhomes is offered at various places throughout the property. On campus the bus picks up and drops off on the south side of Strickland Hall.
