Kyoto Sucks

Kyoto of Decatur, Al has changed it's menu and the shrimp appetizer no longer comes with the vegetable meal per the owner (NO MORE SUBSTITUTIONS). I do not recommend Kyoto the service sucks, the owner is rude and the place is not clean....
