not happy with customer service
We have been customers of Valley Energy since the early 80's. One of the "new/staff" employee's are very, very, rude. Money is tight and we missed a month payment. I was made to feel very ashamed because I missed a payment.\rWorldwide > United States > Canton, CT > Air Conditioning
